The Cat with a burnt leg
The Cat with a burnt leg
Ramadhar, a cotton merchant, gave his four sons a cat to protect the cotton from rats. He asked them to share the cat equally. The brothers, running a cotton mill, put gold chains and rings on the cat's legs to share them equally. One day, the fourth brother, caring for a blister on the cat's leg, used an oil-soaked bandage. The cat accidentally caught fire, and the mill burned down. Blaming the fourth brother, the others wanted compensation. Want to know more? Join the surprising tale!
